A couple things. First of all…you’ve probably noticed my blogging is SLACKING these days. I’m sorry. Things have been absolutely crazy busy. Trying to juggle working full time with extra work projects + a Master’s program (Biochem and Nutrition Biochem this semester…kill me) + blogging + a social life + every day life stuff has proved to be much more difficult than expected and it’s all I can do to keep up with everything. I’d love to promise that that’s all going to change soon, but I’m afraid I can’t. Not for now. I’ll post as much as I can and hope to include a few guest blog posts in the near future but this semester is going to be insane so…I’ll be back up and running full speed on the blogging front come May. There are a few very exciting things coming up soon though…like a new and improved BLOG. Yep, that’s right. It’s in the works. I also have another radio interview coming up next week, so stay tuned for that AND a new venture with a good friend. So...good things happening. Stick with me through the craziness. It will be worth it! I’m so grateful for all of you that have read, supported and contacted me with kind words and questions. It really, truley does mean the world to me. So…THANK YOU!
On another note. I saw this video on facebook and absolutely LOVED it. There are so many “motivation” and “inspiration” pictures and videos out there…that really just make you feel bad that you don’t ‘look like that girl’ or don’t have ‘that six pack’. BUT if you’re exercising, eating a healthy, balanced diet and enjoying life you should feel great about what you’re doing, not bad that you don’t meet some certain mold. I love that this video shows real women being healthy and awesome. So…enjoy! And I’ll be back soon (hopefully!)…as soon as I can!
