So if you want to run a half (um, you should probably do the Drop 13 Half Marathon with me this June 13 in Salt Lake City, yes?!) here is a great training program…this is the one I usually use and I love it. It’s totally doable and adequately prepares you for a half marathon. If you can run 3 miles…you can do this program.
Made it 6 miles + and arms/abs workout and some stretching…feels so good!
