You know I’m not usually one to push (too much) protein powders or bars, etc. I think they definitely have their place and I do love my Quest bars…but as a dietitian I am always trying to promote getting the majority of your nutrients from real, natural, basic foods. I think it’s easy to get enough carbs and fat…especially with all the fruit and avocados I eat, and while those foods are healthy, sometimes I lack a little in the protein department.
