So once I got done with 30 minutes of cardio, the Carrie Underwood Leg Workout and a 10 minute ab workout I headed home (still looking nothing like Carrie Underwood, disappointing) and made myself a delicious Almond Butter Banana Protein Shake. I made it with another one of the Vanilla Mommi Protein Powder samples that mommi gave me…and it was another winner.
Almond Butter Banana Protein Shake
- 1 frozen banana
- 1-2 Tbsp. almond butter
- 1 packet (2 scoops) vanilla protein powder (I used mommi)
- 1/3-1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 5-6 ice cubes
- Pinch of sweetener (optional – I didn’t use any and mine was plenty sweet enough)
- Banana slices (for topping)
Um…blend it all together and top with banana slices. Yep.
