1 ripe banana, mashed
3 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
1/3 C. unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
Dash of ground cloves
Dash of ground nutmeg
3/4 c. oats
1/3-1/2 c. dark chocolate chips or craisins, etc.
1/4 c. shredded coconut (optional)
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
3. Mix together the bananas, peanut butter, applesauce, vanilla, and spices. Add in the oats,
chocolate chips, and coconut; stir until well combined.
4. Spoon a rounded ~2 tbsp. of the cookie mixture onto the lined baking sheet, leaving an inch or
two between each and flatten slightly.
5. Bake for 20-30 minutes and allow to cool slightly.
6. Eat em up!
