1/2 cup vegetables (I used broccoli, bell pepper, tomato and alfalfa sprouts)
1/4 small avocado
1 whole wheat wrap (I used a flat out wrap)
- Fry the egg.
- Slice up the veggies and cook any that need to be pre cooked.
- Mash the avocado and spread onto a whole-wheat tortilla.
- Place fried egg and veggies on half the wrap and fold in half.
- Spray a pan with a little cooking spray and cook quesadilla until browned, then flip and cook the other side until browned.
