My most recent overnight oats endeavor was Banana Peanut Butter Oats. And they. were. good.
1/4 cup oats
1/3 cup vanilla or plain greek yogurt
1/3 cup low-fat milk (or other milk of choice)
1 tsp. chia seeds
1/2 sliced banana
1 almost-empty jar of natural peanut butter (or 1-2 Tbsp. peanut butter).
Mix all ingredients together in empty pb jar or in another container. Put in fridge overnight and enjoy the next morning!
