- 1 medium-large apple, cut into “rings”
- 2 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. dark chocolate chips
- 1-2 Tbsp. crushed pecans (you could also use almonds, coconut, etc.)
- Slice apple into “ring” shapes (makes about 5-6 rings)
- Spread peanut butter on top of each ring
- Sprinkle each rings with dark chocolate chips and pecans
- Enjoy your “cookies”!
