- 3/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup Old fashioned rolled oats (like Quaker)
- 1/2 cup Truvia (or any natural based sweetener that pours like sugar. If you’re anti-sweetener that’s okay you can put real sugar in, it will just up the calories a bit)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a square baking dish (I used 8″x8″). Combine all ingredients into a food processor or a blender, and blend until smooth (about 1 minute). Pour into the prepared dish and bake for about 15 minutes. Underbake them just a bit for the best taste. They may appear to be not quite done but they’ll firm up a bit as they cool. Allow to cool completely before cutting into 16 squares. BAM!
So go make them! And let me know what you think! I love hearing how you guys like recipes I post, etc.!
