All you do is…take a container of whatever flavor of greek yogurt you like. My pick was Dannon Greek Light & Fit Vanilla flavor.
2. Spray the aluminum foil with cookie spray
2. Pour the yogurt out onto the foil and spread it around into a layer about 1/4-inch thick
3. Sprinkle in whatever ingredients you want, I added
pistachios and craisens to mine.
4. Stick it in the freezer for a few hours
5. Take it out of the freezer, break it apart into chunks
6. Eat it up!
